  • Chairman

    A businessman and entrepreneur, Frank’s companies employ more than 60 people in Delaware County. He was recognized in 2022 as the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneur of the Year.

    Frank has spent over 15 years serving his community as a School Director for Springfield School District. During his tenure as president, Frank was directly involved in obtaining approval for a new, state-of-the-art high school and its conception, planning, public communication, and financing. Frank also worked for 13 years at Delaware County Community College as an Executive Director in its Workforce Development Division.

    Frank has served on many boards throughout his career and is currently the treasurer of the New Avenue Foundation (NAF), an organization that provides support for people with disabilities, including connecting them with employment opportunities. Other boards on which he has served include the Delaware County Intermediate Unit, Delaware County Technical Education Board, YMCA of Eastern Delaware County, Manufacturers Alliance of Delaware and Chester Counties, and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. He currently resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania with his wife Laura – who is also a small business owner – and their daughter Alexa.

    Lindsey is an estate and elder law attorney with her practice located in Media, PA.

    A lifelong Delaware County resident, she attended the Academy of Notre Dame and received her B.A from Loyola University in Maryland and attended Widener University School of Law.

    She has served as a Township Supervisor in Edgmont after being elected in 2021. She is also a Republican State Committeewoman. Before this, Lindsey was the Chairwoman of the Delaware County Young Republicans.

    Lindsey and her husband, Doug live in Edgmont with their three sons. They are very active in their parish, St. Mary Magdalen, where their 3 boys attend school.

  • Executive Director

    Meaghan hails from Upper Darby Township where she has lived almost her entire life. She is a 2006 graduate of The James E. Beasley School of Law earning her Juris Doctorate, a 2003 graduate of Temple University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and a 1999 graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill.

    Meaghan is a former Delaware County prosecutor where she spent nearly 15 years and is currently in private practice. Following in her father’s footsteps, Meaghan also serves in an elected capacity on the Upper Darby Township Council representing the 1st District. She is currently in her first term after being elected in 2021.

    She is the oldest of five children and is very proud of her roots in Delaware County and Upper Darby Township.
